About Kyle

Kyle Kephart brings a rare combination of hands-on construction expertise, leadership experience, and creative vision to the world of real estate.

Raised in a small rural town in Northern Alberta, Kyle built his career through hard work, discipline, and a relentless commitment to personal growth. Working across Western Canada, he earned multi-journeyman status in both scaffolding and heat & frost insulation while gaining extensive experience in large-scale industrial construction and project coordination.

His professional journey has taken him from supervising crews on one of the largest privately owned and funded LNG projects in North America, to government procurement contracting, to coordinating and directing multi-million-dollar film productions as a member of the Directors Guild of Canada. Through his involvement with the Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce, Kyle stays actively engaged with the local business community and the continued growth of the Kamloops region.

In addition to his civilian career, Outside of real estate, Kyle is actively training and preparing for service within the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve. A reflection of his commitment to discipline, resilience, and continuous, relentless personal growth.

Today, Kyle brings that same work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail into every client relationship.
