About Ingrid

With a strong background in computer programming and customer support, I’ve spent my entire business career working with technology and helping people. After immigrating to Canada with my family in 2004, I started my journey in real estate in 2006—initially as an admin before earning my license shortly after. Since joining eXp Realty in 2020, I’ve been thrilled to combine my passion for real estate with the flexibility and innovation this brokerage provides.

I absolutely love what I do and feel fortunate to call the beautiful Okanagan Valley my home. With its stunning lakes, valleys, mountains, and four distinct seasons, it’s truly a dream location. I’m especially grateful for the abundance of fresh, local fruits and vegetables that flourish here—it’s a place of natural richness and beauty.

In addition to my connection to the Okanagan, I also have a special tie to Vancouver Island. We spend time there on our yacht, enjoying the breathtaking Gulf Islands and the close-knit community. Through this, I’ve built wonderful connections on the island, which complements my real estate expertise in both regions.

I pride myself on being people-oriented, extremely patient, and always friendly. Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are at the core of everything I do. As a German-speaking agent, I maintain strong ties to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Having gone through the immigration process myself, I understand the challenges German-speaking prospects face when navigating the Canadian real estate market. I am always happy to explain the buying process and differences from European customs.
